Ram upgrading in my laptop

Hi....
I have recently bought a laptop
Asus r558uq-dm539d ...as it has only 4gb inbuilt Ram i want to upgrade it to 12gb or 8gb ...
I wanted to know the step by step procedure for upgrading
And its ram compatibility

That system has one slot open for expansion, so you you either add a 4Gb or an 8Gb memory stick.
If you turn the laptop over you will see a cover that you can unscrew that covers the RAM slot location.
That system uses DDR4 memory.

You'll be looking for a DDR4-2133MHz stick, either in 4Gb or 8Gb.
