Ram used on 87% when nothing is opened. (8GBRAM)

Hello

First time here on TomsHW

Few days back I started having an problem with my RAM usage, I am on almost 90% of usage, when almost nothing oppened, I just have chrome/teamspeak..
When I shutdown them it does not really help, maybe 3%, I tried to restart computer several times, it is fine for a while, but again, as I am using programs it is continually growing and I cant get rid of it.
Even tried memory cleaner, but did not help again few % and thats it.
I do not have another user, this computers is just mine.
-> Tried to disable superfetch in services
-> Tried to scan for rootkits in AVIRA aniti-virus, nothing everything is clean

Any solution?

By any chance is this system running on Windows 10? If so then this is called a memory leak and you should try a repair install. Also see if your BIOS is up to date.
