Question RAM XMP crashes in games & shows errors in TM5

MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max (latest bios)
CPU upgraded from R5 3600 to 5700X3D
RAM from a 16GB 2x8GB G.Skill RipJaws CL 16 Set to an Aegis DDR4
DDR4-3200 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V
32GB 2x16GB Set (same timings as my old RAM was)

RAM Is in A2 and B2 slots, crashes games randomly, TM5 shows errors in under 1 min of testing, if i disable XMP it doesnt show errors... RipJaws worked fine with XMP for years... should i just go back to 16GB or can i somehow get the Aegis ram stable?

They are not the same, you should have to get ripjaws again.
Try changing the timings a little manually and if nothing happens, do RΜΑ

Install the orig ram in a2 and b2 run tm5 see what it shows.

Already tried, no errors with xmp on unlike the aegis ones

Thought it would be fine as i dont use both kits at once tho, only the Aegis...so change 16-18-18-38 into 18-20-20-40 for example after turning on xmp?

Play with the timing see if you can find something that works.

If no help set the timing to stock and drop the speed to 3000.....test.
