Random CD detected in drive, physical drive is empty

Hi, I just recently launched up iTunes and found an audio cd in the sidebar. I didn't think I had one in there, so I ejected the drive to find nothing. I investigated and took these three screenshots of my iTunes window, my computer folder window, and inside the CD folder:

I searched all over and couldn't find the solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Try cleaning the laser lense and if that doesnt fix it then replace the drive. A new dvd burner is under $20.

Thanks, I think I will just buy a new one, I don't even use CDs that often anyways...
