[SOLVED] Random FPS drop/LOW GPU Usage

Hello all, I have been having this problem for a few days now and I'm still not sure how to fix it. Randomly my FPS and GPU usage would be normal (about 85-100% usage and 240-300fps while gaming on R6S) but lately randomly my GPU usage would drop to 50-70% and I would get 160-200fps. It can go on for a while and then randomly it can be back to normal. Any reason why this is happening? My specs are i7-11700 and a GTX 1660 SUPER with 16 GB of Dual Channel Ram. (It's a prebuilt)

What prebuilt? Some have pretty bad case design regarding airflow, and you could be thermal throttling the cpu or gpu. Run HWMonitor in the background while you game until it happens, then tell us the maximum temperatures reached.
