Random FPS Drop?

So I've been having a problem in every game I'm playing I seem to be getting fine FPS but it drops like crazy I wiped my PC and it still is doing this thing I installed drivers and everything I have

GTX 660

8 Gigs of Ram

i5 4960K Intel 3.50 Ghz

EX: I used to get 250 - 300 in CSGO not I only get 119 - 40 and it jumps in between those numbers and my Temp is fine it is like 40c - 36c for CPU ( All settings lowered )

You list a temperature, but you don't indicate whether this is for the CPU or GPU or both.

Temp is for CPU

nVidia has been having some driver issues of late. I would consider going to 362.00. This seems to be the most commonly accepted last good driver. I have been following the issues on GeForce.com s forums.

Do you know what your GPU temps are when you are experiencing these FPS drops?
