Question Random FPS drops

Hi

I have changed my GPU from GTX 660 to RTX 2060. The problem is, when i play games i have random fps drops (from 150 to 80).
My settings are set on very high/ultra, but changing it to medium doesn't really help. I tried to reinstalled the win 10 but it didn't help either.

The GPU temp is ~65c

So what do you think my main problem?

CPU i7-4770 3.4 Ghz

RAM Kingston HyperX KHX1600C10D3/8GX DDR3 8GB x2

MOBO Asus h87-plus

GPU Palit Geforce RTX 2060 Gaming Pro OC

HDD WDC WD5000HHTZ-04N21V0 500 GB

PSU Cooler Master 750w

and the cpu/gpu temp and usage?
ram usage? got a ssd?

Did you test any other games?

I mostly play Rainbow Six Siege and get a lot of drops, but in another games it drops less often

And I don't have a SSD, I have 1tb toshiba external hdd
