Solution
I hired a technician 3 hours ago and he isolated the parts of my computer. I tried gaming without the GPU and my pc was running fine but when he plugged in the GPU, the system crashed. We repeated that troubleshoot twice and it was also giving us the same result. The technician concluded that I need to replace the GPU and that it was also hot. I wanted to switch my GPU to GTX1650 given the same price as my RX570, but I think i lost so much money and performance if I will get GTX1650. The 1660 is a bit pricy and I'm in a tight budget, I think I might have to just replace it with the same RX570 8GB and hopefully it wouldn't be a defective item.

And did you tried what I wrote about getting a diferent GPU driver?

Also hot, what is...

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of the PSU and it's age? Can you check and see what your BIOS version is, currently? In this opportunity, see if you're having issues remaining in BIOS without a reboot.
The model of my PSU is DeepCool DE600 V2. All my parts are 2 weeks old. How can I check those issues in BIOS. I just recently updated my BIOS and still encountered this issue.

Effectively only a 408w power supply, do you have another one to test? I'd not trust it as Deepcool are known for poor quality power supplies and they've clearly lied with this one claiming 600W.

Where it matters, i.e. the 12v rail, this unit only delivers 408 watts.

The power supply is rated at 450W and its peak is 600W. I’m not sure if it is really a 600W power supply but are there any power supplies that I can use for my build. What brand can you recommend for power supplies?

Exactly, any manufacturer who quotes 'peak' is lying. You need to look for 'continuous'. So if it's rated at 450w, that 12v is nearer to 300w.

I'd always go for Corsair (except for CV series and CX green label series) or Seasonic (except for SIII series, they're not made by Seasonic, or older SII / MII Evo 520w or 620w units). Just my personal preference.

I was recommending that you borrow a power supply, but buying one was never a bad idea given that your original one was dumpster fire material. Have you run any memory tests?
A technician told me to get a new power supply and it could be a reason why i get this error. My old power supply is not enough to deliver power to my pc so i had to change it anyway.

What about Event Viewer? Anything in there after it's happened?
Not really sure if there is any difference but I can show you the event.

Two things, do you have antivirus installed? If so, try disabling it for the purpose of troubleshooting. Secondly, is fast startup enabled? If so, disable it.
I do not use any antivirus because I trust windows defender. All my drivers are up to date and I also tried reinstalling my windows 10 pro. Right now I am using the bios version according to my cpu model which is not the latest update of my bios although I have updated my bios before and still encountered this error and now I am waiting if this problem will repeat itself.

Sounds like a piece of software or a driver is causing this, have you refreshed or reinstalled Windows? At this point, I'd do that to rule out your hardware, although it would be helpful for you to list all the steps you have taken so far as that isn't clear from everything you've said above.

I reinstalled windows once, did a ram test, reinstall drivers and still this issue is not fixed yet. I also reinstalled the parts in my pc.

I'll hard reset my pc to make sure everything will be new as hell and I will inform you. I appreciate all your replies and I hope this error will be fixed since I am having a online class this pandemic.

I would really try a diferent GPU driver than the one you used last time, perhaps a previuos one.

I dont know if you did this already, but try some of the drivers from AMD web page instead: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570

And you can use DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) to mnake sure the old GPU drivers are uninstalled from the system.

When installing Windows, I always go with the chipset drivers first, restart the system, and then the gpu drivers.
