I ran into an issue where for a while on startup my pc would freeze up and then work again. I wasn't exactly sure what was causing the issue as I didn't do anything new. I looked into event viewer and came across this:

After about a week of this happening, midway through using chrome my pc blue screened, the screen cut out half way through and then wasn't able to boot. I then started up the system and it displayed this message:

I didn't spot out any errors or critical problems in the logs of this happening in event viewer and the reliability history only shows it as an unexpected shutdown.

I went into bios and changed the boot device to make sure that it was using the right drive, I even unplugged my other hdd.
After that the system wouldn't post and required turning it off, pressing the reset switch, holding the reset switch and removing the ram and putting it back in. It posted but it only detected 16gb out of 32gb(1 of 2 sticks). I then tried booting with only 1 stick and it worked with 1 and didn't work with the other. I assumed that this meant one of my ram sticks is dead but after plugging it back in today(was out for yesterday), it detected both sticks and just passed a memtest86+ running at 3200mhz like it was originally set to.
The ram(I assume) has given issues in a previous system which is why I swapped it into my current system to see if it's any better and has worked without problem until recently. But now that it passed memtest86+ I'm not too sure what to look for next. The windows logs say there is some sort of hardware problem but I don't know what that hardware problem is. The random blue screen doesn't show up in event viewer and an sfc scan results in nothing being found.
If it helps I have:
Ryzen 7 2700(stock cooler no oc)
Gigabyte B450M DS3H (rev. 1.x)
Adata XPG D50 DDR4 RGB @3200mhz
Radeon Rx 5700
1tb intel 660p nvme ssd
Thermaltake 500w smart series
Could it be that the psu just cut out which is why windows though it was an unexpected shutdown? It has worked fine for gaming and never given issues before either. It still leaves me wondering why I had those other errors that would freeze my pc as well.
Any idea what tests or components I should look into to see what could be causing the problem? Nothing is physically damaged and everything is running stock within spec.
I tried to include as much info as possible, if more is needed let me know!
