[SOLVED] Random GPU usage drops when gaming

Hi, I have the 1660 ti and it is paired with Ryzen 5 3500. I don't know if they aren't a good pair or not. I noticed that my GPU usage is unstable it keeps flopping around every time I move in game ( 80% - 99%) and its causing fps drops. am sure its its the GPU's problem because that is what I see drop in HWinfo when it happens. My Card goes up to 77c for some reason while playing certain games like Jurassic World Evolution, or Ark Survival and I don't know if that is normal or not. All my GPU drivers are up to date as well so I don't have no more options. Is there something I have to do in Nvidia Control Panel?

Full system specs please. Include make and model of your PSU.

80-99% GPU usage is more than fine, it's excellent. Your problem lies elsewhere.
