Here are my complete specs:
GPU: GTX 1060 6gb
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 (Max 4.2ghz)
PSU: Be Quiet! 500w Bronze
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450m DS3H
Ram: 2x8 Corsair 3200mhz (Forgot the exact name.)
What I already tried:
Both are cheap quality but could they really be the cause behind all of those micro stutters / FPS drops?
Are there ways to test my motherboard / PSU ?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

What I already tried:
- Cleaning Windows installation
- Updating every driver / firmware (GPU, Chipset, my SSD's using the Kingston Magician software.)
- Disabling a few BIOS power saving features
- Tweaking the NVIDIA Control Panel 3d settings
- Overclocking my CPU / GPU (Also experiencing drops with no overclocks at all.)
- Tested my RAM with MemTest (No errors found)
