My Specs :
Ryzen 5 3600
Kingstone Fury 3x 3200mhz DDR 4
MSI RTX 3060 TI OC V2
Asrock Steel Legend B450
Corsair CV 650

The Problem :
I have this problem since a long time ago but sometimes its there and sometimes my pc run smoothly. Basicly what im facing right now is sudden black screen and no display and then my pc restart but before that i have left my pc without power at least 2 weeks since im going to hometown but before all that my pc running smoothly and can play for hours with heavy demanding games. If you see my thread history its almost about the same problems.

Usually after i left the pc without power for sometimes it wont post just the mobo and fan running up but no display then turned off and on again untill i have to swap between RAM slots and pray it will boot up, but then even tho its booting up there is no 100% guarantee everything runs normal since i could get the black screen crash again just like what im facing again.

My last psu was AERO COOL LUX MODULAR 650M but i bought the CV 650 Corsair since i thought it was what causing the problems,, but the problem still exist, and then i thought maybe one of my RAM sticks since in the old times i was using 2 type of ram Ballistix RAM 8GB + Kingstone Fury 2x 3200mhz and i changed the Ballistix into the same type of ram of Kingstone Fury but at the time i placed the new ram i have to mix and match the RAM stick and slots again before my pc running smoothly for months until 2 weeks ago before i left the city.

And 1 time i thought my gpu is dying but turns out my gpu fan died one of two, then i decided to Deshroud Mod it and its run okay-ish. and i thought all of this happening because of overheat GPU but its not.

So Conclusion is. i have changed all the paste of CPU and GPU. Swapped RAMs and usually if i do memtest it says no problems, and then Changed My GPU but after all those the problem that i thought gone after changing RAM still exist.

Any suggestion or anything that can help me fix the issue or finding out whats the real problem is ?
Honestly, im getting tired with this, idk whats wrong but its really annoy me.

Fyi, when i typing this my pc has black screen crash 3 times already.

If i remember correctly the crash on Event Viewer say its Kernel Power 41.
The Crash happen when i try to play games or just casually browsing. Temperature monitored.

Right now im running Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Ill report what it find

update the Bios of your motherboard
maybe your motherboard is faulty
try different pcie slot

check the hard drives for errors withe manufacturer tools

replace the cmos battery of your motherboard
I updated my bios like few months ago to the newest.

I have a spare cmos, i tried to change thr battery but the result is crash after the motherboard logo and go to no display
