Question Random Parts On my monitor Keep Going Dark

MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

i5 8400

8gb ddr4

GIGABYTE B365M DS3H

this is the monitor thats having problems:

the monitor is fairly new, it started with half the screen going completely black.

whats happening right now is that when i turn on my monitor after a few seconds of having it on the brightness on the side of my monitor goes completely dark the centers stays the same.

the problem goes away for a few seconds when i turn off my monitor.,
