Question Random ping spikes in League of Legends ?

Hi. So i have this problem when in a match of league of legends i get random ping spikes up to 300 ms and it stays at 100-200ms. But if i reconnect to my network, the problem magically dissappears for about 1-2 mins, then i get ping spikes again. What's the problem? because i haven't had this until recently.

Have you found a fix to this? I have the exact same issue
