Video (Error Message at 0:32 is "DVI No Signal"):

I've had a couple episodes so far in the last two days where my PC would act strange. The first one I was playing Watch Dogs (2014) when my screen turned completely brown, no error message and Ctrl-Alt-Del wouldn't help me at all. I decided to restart it and after that I would get the normal screen with the Asus Logo and the instructions for accessing the bios like always, BUT in a pretty low resolution, which had never happened before. After that I'd get a message like...No DVI Signal and the screen would go completely black. After a few restarts it miraculously fixes itself and it worked well.
The second time, today, while watching a video on youtube, my computer restarts for no reason. I didn't even get the Windows 10 blue background and the message "Restarting..." like I normally do. The screen just turned completely black and next thing I know I'm at that low res start-up screen again.
And every time I saw that low res Asus Logo with their motto and bios access instructions, I would just not be booted into Windows but rather a completely black screen.
Is this a GPU issue? Is this a monitor issue? Or is it something else? Let men know, cheers.
PS: The monitor looks like taken straight out of a garbage bin, but in reality it's not nearly as bad.
