Question random screen flickering black

hi guys,
i built a brand new pc few months ago.
I installed gpu last month and everything seemed to be working fine.
For the past few days i noticed screen turning black for few seconds randomly.This used to not happen before. I tried updating driver and reinstalling old driver and nothing seems to work.
My specs:
cpu :AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
gpu : gtx 1660ti
ram : 16GB
motherboard :gigabyte B450M
display :Samsung 23.5 inch Curved LED Backlit Computer Monitor

please help as this issue is extremely annoying.

cpu/gpu temp onload and on idle?
