I recently installed a new 240GB SanDisk Extreme SSD to replace my old 64GB Crucial M4 as a boot drive. After a fresh install of Windows 7 x64, however, I keep getting these random shut downs at seemingly random times. Sometimes I'm just browsing the web or playing a game when it shuts down by itself.

My system specs:
Processor: AMD FX 8320 3.8GHz (OCed)
Memory: PNY Optima 8GB DDR3 RAM (1333 MHz)
Hard Drive: 240 GB SanDisk Extreme (Boot), 1 TB WD HDD (Data)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.01, Build 7601)
Video Card Gigabyte: Radeon HD 6870
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer 750W

Here's the event log for the shut down:

My PC ran perfectly fine before I installed this new SSD and installed a fresh new copy of windows. Anyone have any experience with this?

Oh I realized I had the wrong CPU listed, I just recently upgraded. Yes, I already had a stable overclock before (slight OC from 3.5 GHz to 3.8 GHz) and I was only replacing an SSD so I left all the OC settings in the BIOS.

Originally I was gonna try to restore from a system image, but when that didn't work I just ended up having to do a clean install of Windows 7.

Ok, can anyone actually read these event codes? I tried googling them but didn't have much luck. Doing another clean install is kinda a last resort for me...
