Random shut downs

My computer has been randomly crashing and restarting without blue screens or windows failed o shut down screens, it's an amd 8630? 8 core 4.0ghz. It's happening at random, I've dusted everything reconnected everything and still happens. I had it happen last night and turned it off for the night but this morning the CPU fan wouldn't spin so I unplugged and replugged it up then it started. The psu has more than enough power for it so I'm confused as what's going on, I'm at work so I can't get exact specs on it right now
