Question Random shutdown and cpu check light.

i upgraded my pc recently with ryzen 5 3600 (bought new) 16gb gskill ram and MSI b450 a pro motherboard (motherboard and ram was used). the system runs fine but sometimes it just turns off randomly with only the cpu and gpu fan running and cpu check light on-on the motherboard but no display.
i did updated the bios though and reverted back to an earlier virsion thinking the problem might go away but it still happens, sometimes my pc runs for hours and sometimes for just a few minutes.

so i tried lowering the voltages with higher clocks in bios and it seems to be running fine now and to make sure i did 30 min cinebench stress test two times as well, so it is the bios issue for sure. for now my cpu voltage is 1.29v and i think im gonna keep it here its decently low i think.

FOR SURE BIOS IS THE PROBLEM BUT IM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD INSTALL SOME OLDER BIOS OR STICK WITH THIS OC ???
