Keep getting random shutdowns and then restarts, yesterday I had 2 and today there's been like 5 events already. I opened Event Viewer and I keep finding the same events related to TPM-WMI, it says event Id 1795

Please help me fix this, is getting really annoying, any suggestions? here are the attached screenshots showing the events I've been getting since yesterday that I decided to post here and report it. Thanks.

I'm using Windows 10.

update the BIOS of the motherboard

which hardware are you using?

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware

For now these are the Benchmarks results.

I never updated the BIOS of the motherboard because I never had any issues and also read that was something very risky and that could brick the motherboard.

Windows integrity completed succesfully with no problems.

Basically why do I need to reset the BIOS by jumper? that's after updating the BIOS?

I checked memory and hard drive and no problems.

For how long should I stay in Clean Boot?

I don't know what's going on, I haven't had any shutdowns or restarts today as of yet, weird.
