[SOLVED] Random stutters on Windows 10 even web browsing and idle

I got this laptop not too long ago. 2 weeks later I bought it it gives me random stutters even when I am browsing google and online class. I happens in random occasions but it can be very irritating. It only happens in 1-2 seconds and went back to normal. GPU is up to date, so is Windows and everything. I played games like Monster Hunter World and its on average 50-60fps (bcause it capped on 60fps) and I played Battlefield 1 on Max Settings and its butter smooth.
here's my specs;
Ryzen 7 3750H
Nvidia Geforce 1650 4GB
16GB DDR 4 RAM (8GB dual channel)
512GB SSD
120hz display refresh rate
Windows 10 Home

I've made similar thread on Steam but it did not help me. One of them told me to upgrade RAM because I used to have 8GB (4GB dual channel) but I dont think that is the case because I monitored my ram via Task Bar and seems to be normal. But I upgraded my ram anyway to 2x8GB Kingston HyperX RAM but the problem does not resolves so I'm guessing it's not the ram. Not even CPU or GPU.. stays normal.

Any ideas?

you apparently have issues with Network and audio drivers. concentrate on fixing that. I think DDU can remove all audio and video drivers in safe mode, then reboot and let windows install drivers. retest system, if that doesn't work then you can go to the manufacturers websites and get different versions of drivers and try them. sometimes the "latest" version of drivers can cause issues so try different versions made for your system of course.

But one ssd only? Means you partitioned it, might be that ~38 gb on D is getting low.

You have btw the latest chipset drivers? Look at the site from the maker since they might alter these a little.

Might want to go for a support ticket at the makers site anyway since you didn't put this together yourself and they should help with fixing this.

Chipset driver, I'm not so sure. But the model of my SSD is an M.2 micron 2200v mtfdhba512tck. Was looking forward on buying 2.5 inch ssd in my next semester tho. But I will try ask from the support and ask for their help. Thanks

Driver issues and pagefault issues

Your audio drivers are taking up the most time and are the biggest problem no doubt you need to find the right ones that work for you. Video drivers too. Sometimes you have to go back to a previous driver version if the latest ones are causing issues

Network driver is causing lots of issues too. Where did you get these drivers from did you use driver booster or some stupid utility that updates drivers for you because if you did then this is your problem and you will have to install windows again by formatting and installing clean

Will try that eventually, but during the monitoring.. I was just opened one youtube tab and 1 google image tab and paint tool sai 2.. the monitor spikes but theres no like... stutters or frame drops

Audio is up to date from the first place except for WLAN driver so I updated my RealTek WLAN and problem seems to resolved. I've run LatencyMon and everything seems to be normal. Thanks!
