Question Random, sudden, mysterious System Performance OSD showing while gaming in Steam - can't turn off, don't know what it is, NEED HELP IDENTIFYING

I am new to Tom's Hardware but not new to PC gaming or building. Been building PCs for decades as well as gaming, but I've encountered something that is the ultimate head-scratcher for me. I am playing the game Indiana Jones and the Great Circle on Steam. As some may know, this game is a resource HOG, so I (for the first time ever actually) have gotten into frame and performance monitoring in-game. I DL'ed MSI afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics Server to do some performance monitoring while in game to see how my AMD 7800x3D and Nvidia RTX 4080 Super are handling the game. However, as I started using MSI/Riva, something peculiar suddenly happened that I cannot explain. While I had Riva giving me in-game performance metrics on the left side of the screen, another system performance monitoring (software I presume?) randomly appeared on the right side of the screen and started monitoring as well. Here is what I tried to make this go away.

1) I completely deleted and uninstalled both MSI and Riva to see if there was something in there causing this, and that changed nothing.
2) I completely uninstalled Indiana Jones and reinstalled on Steam thinking maybe something got set in the game that turned this on. Nothing changed.
3) I tried pressing ALT-R and looking into Nvidia OSD stuff thinking it may be an Nvidia thing and can't find anything. I did NOT have Nvidia APP installed when this started. So I don't think it's Nvidia
4) I do NOT have Steam performance in-game OSD (FPS tracker) enabled
5) I tried running other games in Steam and this OSD does NOT turn on. It is ONLY tied to the Indiana Jones game which seems strange.

I am at a TOTAL loss for what this monitoring software is...has anyone seen this before? It may be and probably is something silly that I turned on that I can't figure out how to turn off. Please see the inserted image from the game below. You can see the performance data on the right side of the screen. Has anyone seen this type of data shown like this before? Can anyone tell what this software program might be?

Thanks for your help because this is making me go crazy!

Solution
Looks to be in-game performance overlay.

Reddit suggest it toggles with Alt + Z.

Also, try going: Options, scroll down until Advanced Video Settings and look for: Performance Metrics.
With a description of: Enable displaying advanced graphics performance metrics.
Turn that to Off.

This setting is visible in this video, at 5:53.
Do not listen the spiel that bloke talks about his payed mod. Just mute the sound. I just used that video to see in-game options available.

OH MY GOODNESS. THANK YOU!!!! Your suggestion in your second paragraph about going to Options, Advanced Video settings, etc. etc. etc...... THAT DID IT! Oh my god man you wouldn't believe how much agony that caused me! LOL! I was beating my head against the wall going half insane trying to figure out what that was and how it got turned on. When I reinstalled the game, that setting did not get reset somehow.

THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!:tearsofjoy:😀👍

I marked your answer as the solution. Do I need to do anything else to "close this ticket?"

p.s. So glad I decided to join Tom's Hardware and open a ticket! ;-)
