Random Windows7 Process? RegAsm.exe

I have this one process called RegAsm.exe i cant end it, create a dump file or end the process tree it just sits there using a bunch of memory to my knowledge how can i end it?

This is a system process for .NET; I guessed because ASM sound like something from Visual Studios 2010.

This has been happening for a few days even after countless computer restarts :L

It's .Net. Something is being registered, don't worry about it.
