[SOLVED] Randomly Freeze, and take a while to boot up

My pc has had this problem for a couple of months now, it sometimes freezes, and then it won't boot up for a couple of hours (it don't always start with the pc freezing, sometimes, it just won't boot, and we need to wait for a couple of hours until it feels like it), any idea of how to fix it? any suggestion is appreciated, thanks.

I can't access the PSU atm, I'll make a follow-up reply later, but can a CPU overheating cause this problem?
