Randomly shutting down pc

Hi,
again i'm having problem with my pc - it shuts down and reboots after few seconds, especially during gaming.
I tried to do OCCT PSU test but same thing happened while testing:

and here is screen after few mins running cpu test:

crappy pc specs:

mobo: Gigabyte B85M-D3H
CPU: i5-4460
GPU: Asus R9 270
RAM: 8GB (2x2GB Exceleram LP E30106A 1333, 2x2GB Kingston 1333)
HDD: Western Digital WDC WD50 00AADS-00S9B
and for system: Seagate 7200rpm
PSU: Corsair VS450

also i had issues with dropping frames which is still present, maybe it's connected with this too:

Sounds to me like your power supply needs replacement.

i forgot to add that these frame drops didn't stop after borrowing VS550 from friend for a while
