Thank you, but will 650w be enough for my system. Also I already bought the msi motherboard since it was on sale.

It will be way enough power. You can even get a 550w but the 650w is cheaper right now.

Do you think that I need a SSD as bootdrive?

You do not need a SSD but it does help a lot. I would get the Samsung EVO SSDs over any other one.

If just in case in the future. Can I transfer the OS to the SSD, if i initially install it in the HDD?

If you initially install to the HDD you will want to not copy the OS over you will need or should have a completely fresh install. Keep in mind you will need to format the HDD if you do that. If you do not want to reinstall Windows and format the HDD later get the SSD now.
