Games like that so is this computer able to run them in good performance?

This is a cheap system, with an FM AMD cpu, and integrated graphics. It is fine for email and web surfing, but you will be frustrated gaming.

You really need to build a PC to get good performance, especially at the lower pricing end.

Gaming is more determined by the GPU, than the IPC of the PC CPU.

Yes GPU is more important in gaming than CPU but some games dont like weak cpu cores they want strong ones one of that games is DayZ which runs on Arma 3 engine. So if you would pair a good GPU with AMD cpu which has weak cores you would get a lot less FPS than with Intel.

Anyway he linked PC with APU, so he wouldnt be able to play those games at playable fps with that PC
