Razer BlackWidow Chroma vs. Corsair Vengeance K70 RGB

I like the look of the Corsair keyboard, but have seen people complain that the leds die within a year, and also that the software for setting up the colors is difficult. I've also seen that the buttons on the Corsair wear off, keys can get stuff, the support is bad etc etc.

I've seen that the Razer has poor color differentiation, the key switches don't feel as good, but the software is really easy, and it has dedicated macro keys which are more easily programmed, but that the support is also iffy.

I honestly want the K70 more if the keys didn't die and if the software was better, and I won't really use the macros on the Razer much, but I've seen a lot more / worse complaints about the Corsair, yet people seem to sing the Corsair Vengeance K70's praises over the Razer BlackWidow Chroma.

So which is actually better? I honestly am not sure which one I should get.

The K70 is better as a keyboard but the Chroma has better lighting that is very bright while K70 has dimmer lights.

So are the issues the K70 has (leds failing after only around half a year, keys rubbing off) not that prevalent then? I'm concerned that if that does happen, the support (which I heard was bad, along with the warranty) will not remedy my issue, and I don't exactly want to just have to buy a new keyboard out of pocket if that does happen.

I also have the same situation and i would prefer the corsair one. But if your willing to pay more steelseries also has an led mechanical keyboard you might want to look into.

It's really good quality. I carefully considered both options, and I am satisfied. Make sure to download profiles for it if you get it, people make some sweet lighting setups, and I don't have the patience to do that sort of thing myself.
