[SOLVED] RAZER BLADE 17 (2017) GPU artifacting Help?

I just recently purchased a Razer Blade 17 (2017) and after a slight accident of it sliding off a table into some weights (screen facing away) it is periodically artifacting and in the beginning was giving me a “rom not loaded” blue screen(not as consistent). Should I just open it up and try to reseat everything?

Yes, that bang probably hasn't helped a lot. Might be an idea to open it up and check everything. It's not as if it's still under warranty.
