Razer Carcharias Drivers Please help

Hey there, i j ust bought razer carcharias and it appears my windows cant find any drivers for it on internet so my mic doesnt work someone pls help

It doesn't need any drivers to get the mic working. If the mic is not working you need to RMA it.

Btw, try to use the set up a microphone option in windows. just type microphone in the windows search box, and you will see the option.

Is it a USB or dual 3.5mm jack version of the headset?
If 3.5mm, it doesnt need drivers. USB, could have them but the generic drivers Windows have should work, check Razers website and see if they offer any.
