Razer Deathadder 2013 logo not lighting up out of the box

Ok so I got a new Razer Deathadder 2013 today and I was like "man these LED's are gonna look cool" and then I opened up the box and then I plugged the deathadder in and the scroll wheel LED lit up but the logo one just doesnt. Someone plz help I really want the LED. 🙁

if i recall the default without drivers position is "on" for the light, or at least set to strobe on/off. do install the drivers http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/razer-deathadder as there is an option to turn this feature on, strobing or off in case for some reason it sets to off by default.

The best solution was a mis click! but anyways there is no strobe light option there is just lights on or off. They are both on and I have all the drivers installed.

i must have been thinking of another mouse software then. i checked synapse and you're right on and off and on = strobing. normally i keep my deathadder light off.

you could try swapping usb ports while the pc is on to see if you get anything or trying on another pc. if its still a dud perhaps something defective from the factory.
