Question Razer Mamba TE 2 Annoying Problems

I just bought a mouse (Today)
and i already found 2 problems with it
and im wondering if i can fix it somehow
the problems that i am expiriencing are

1. Really Sensitive Buttons (like really sensitive)
2. Hold instead of clicking. Sometimes when i click the button just to like go to the other tab on my browser it holds the button instead of just clicking

i would appreaciate any answers/ideas

Many negative buyer reviews on that mouse on Amazon website:

I'd say the best option is to exchange it, preferrably for a different make since an identical replacement may have the same issues.
