Question Razer mouse clarification

I am looking for my first replacement mouse in many years. I would like a Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Wireless.

When I look on amazon to watch for prices, there is a mouse for a certain price , and a mouse plus a dongle for a lower price. It seems like the mouse plus something should cost more. What am I missing?

Can you post links to the two mice, would make it a lot easier for people to see what your talking about the trying to guess which two they are on amazon.

The one showing the dongle on Amazon comes with the 8K polling rate dongle and the other one just comes with their standard 1K polling rate dongle. At the price difference, I would go with the 8K version unless you are wanting one of the other color options, which you can just purchase the 8k dongle separately at another time.
