hello guys..
i hope you are all ok..so i have this issue with the razer ouroboros nad want to see if i am the only one with that or not...
So the day before razer ouroboros stopped working wireless, and i found out that it was a dock problem cause when i connect it to my pc it recognizes it as razer bootloader.so everything fine i said ok i will flash the firmware and everything will be ok..so i opened Syanpse 2.0 and nothing happened...should it prompt me to install firmware since i have a razer bootloader device connected?it only says please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device and thats it.if i connect the mouse with wire everything works perfectly.
i have the latest vercion of synapse and windows 7 with all the updates done.
i also tried it on my laptop and i had the same issue.both pc are x64 so this might be the problem.for a start i think this is a software problem since the computer recognizes the razer bootloader.so what can i do?anyone with the same issues?

Did you not understand Pyree? Do. Not. Bump. Posts.

If its like a motherboard bios if you turned it off thinking it wasn't doing anything while it was updating then you might have bricked it. I think the best thing for you to do seeing as no one on this forum seems to have any ideas is to contact Razer and see what they say.

well the thing is that my mouse works completly and even when i connect my mouse at bootloader state synapse still wont show an update so i dont really think its a hardware issue

This happened to me also.
I fixed it.

1.Remove the battery from mouse.(I removed it for about 30s,don't know if that is important)
2.Without the battery in the mouse, click the connect button on dock.
3. When dock finishes searching(blinking),return the battery in the mouse.

That worked for me.

For an firmware update(if someone is struggling with device not found message),just connect mouse in wired mode, and it will do the firmware update normally.
