Razer Synapse 2 light settings not changing anything

So for a while now I've had a bug where the lighting settings on synapes do absolutly nothing. No matter what I change it to the lights for both my keyboard (blackwidow) & mouse (deathadder chroma) are stuck on spectrum cycling, (but not synced.) I've tried using synapse 3 and up until a recent update that had the same problem. It updated last night and it works for the keyboard, but it doesn't pick up the mouse. (I have since found out that currently the deathadder chroma is not supported by Synapse 3.)

I've tried uninstalling all drivers and synapse but that hasn't worked. The other functions in Synapse 2 (profiles, macros, changind binds etc,) work fine.

Any help in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem with my Naga Hex v2, the lights work on cycle but as soon as synapses 3 loads they go out, although it did work at one point! The software picks up the mouse and i can do macros and that but other than that its just black....it also sucks that synapses 3 doesn't support my Deathstalker keyboard so i guess I'll have to go back to synapses 2.0.

Synapses 3 is in beta so try it again in a few months after some updates and bug fixes have been done i guess.
