Hello! I have a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse (wireless) and it has always shown a battery icon with the percentage in my system tray, but as of late it has been duplicated and I would like a fix for this. I have already reinstalled Windows, the drivers for my mouse, and made sure everything is up to date, but nothing has worked so far.

Here is a screenshot:
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!!

Did you manually download the mouse drivers and any associated utilities directly from the manufacturer's website?

And manually configure as necessary or required for the games you play?

No third party installers.

= = = =

This mouse?

Showing three "batteries": one solid and two with "?" inside.

Did not note any description or explanation for possible meanings.

Wondering about "profiles"....

As a general question - do you use multiple profiles?

Yes, I did download them manually.

This is the one I downloaded: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/ans...per-ultimate-|-rz01-03050-drivers-&-downloads

I don’t use any third party installers. My mouse worked fine, until I had to redownload Windows for an unrelated issue, and then the duplicate issue started happening.

Yes, that is the mouse!

I do not use multiple profiles either.

Thank you so much for replying!!

What does Device Manager show with respect to installed mice and other devices?

Since the problem started with a Windows redownload there may be some problem with a buggy or corrupted file.

In Windows try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

Just as a matter of elimination - either or both commands could find and fix something...
