RDC images load twice

This is sort of a bug...

When you display anything which holds an image, like an email message or a
web page through remote desktop it seems to load twice. Once is not too
bad, but working through a modem makes things painfully slow when you see
the entire image load once perfectly, then proceed to refresh entirely
again. Images need only display once, and the remote desktop experience
over a modem would be far better. I know there's other remote software, but
this is more of a suggestion for Microsoft to fix the standard remote
desktop connection.

I've noted that lately... It is much more pronounced when you use a
deeper color depth..
