[SOLVED] Read speeds extremely low

So yesterday i tried to download a game from steam the disk usage was extremely low .It usally got up for some time and gradually go down . I tried every fix for steam. Then i ran crystal disk mark6 for the disk D: (which was the slow disk) it is 1 year old and has 700 gb in it. I also made a test for my another hdd F: (it is older). here is the results

And probably something important to mention a while ago my ram slot failed and i am using my 2 ram sticks in the unrecommended slots which is 1st and 3rd and the recommended one is 2 and 4

That looks like a failing drive.
1 year old? Still under warranty - Replace.

İ dont really know what i did but i just switched cables and it tuned back into normal

well, if it starts doing it again, it will be a failed hd. had you ever switched cables on it before? did you use a new cable or just put it on another port
