Hey there. I need a little help reading CPU temperatures. I downloaded SpeedFan and used it before installing nVidia Drivers, and the only two temperatures that it gave me was:

Local Temp: 53
Remote Temp: 63

After installing nVidia drivers for my graphics card I got two new temperatures:

Core: 72
Ambient:53

Now, while idle, these temperatures all seem to stay pretty much the same. How do I know which one is my CPU temperature? And are they high?

My PC:

Intel Pentium 4 550 3.4 GHz
nVidia GeForce 6800 GTO

Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Damn it seems both realtemp and coretemp are not compatible for the Pentium 4 that I have. I know I should upgrade, the only reason I don't is because I would need to change motherboard too I think. Oh well. Thanks anyways!
