Looks decent, but I'd get the Samsung memory if you're overclocking. (If you aren't, the unlocked processor and z77 chipset gets you nothing.)

Other than that (And a bad pick on the SSD) it looks good to me.

Nice build, except SSD, i'd recommend to get samsung 830/840 series
