I built a computer a good long while ago, and we had to move it around a couple of times. i tried rewiring it, and taking out the components, and about the only thing I have not tried is to re-seat the proc. I have also tried resting BIOS to see if that was the problem, and nothing happened. The symptoms are that the green hard drive light stays on solid, and sits. No beeping, and no display. Also slowly it sound like the fans slow down until they hit a point at which they idol out.
