Really slow internet

Got a cyberpower pc just about last week and really slow internet i got an adapter and downloading rn and its reallly slow alltogther help and its so annoying please help

Please add the make and model# of the adapter you bought as well as which Cyberpower .
This probably isn't a pc issue so I moved it to Wireless Networking for you.
