Question Really weird keyboard issue ?

So I have this really weird issue with my keyboard where pressing two keys at the same time stops pressing the other key. For example, holding 'w' then at the same time clicking any other key like 'a' or the space bar stops 'w'. This is especially evident when playing video games since I essentially cannot move and jump or move diagonally etc.

The weird thing is that when trying a different keyboard on the same computer, it works perfectly fine.
But when trying the "faulty" keyboard on a different computer, it also works perfectly fine.

The steps I've taken to debugging are restarting my computer and reinstalling my keyboard drivers yet nothing has been fixed. Any help would be highly appreciated!

It's a Corsair K55 RGB. I recently tried updating the firmware on it using the iCUE software, but that didn't help either 🙁

double check the settings in the Corsair control software to ensure that anything in regards to key presses which may be causing the issue isn't enabled.

Nothing is there in iCUE which could be causing it. In fact, I didn't even have iCUE (Corsair control software) until this error happened where I downloaded it to try see if anything there could fix it.
