Hi everyone!

The mic on my headphones (I have tried multiple headphones) is not being detected as an input device. I have tried to install the Realtek audio driver for Windows 10 (https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B550 Phantom Gaming 4ac/index.asp#Download), but after doing this, I'm unable to install Realtek Audio Control from the Microsoft store. I keep getting the error, "something went wrong on our end", from the Windows store.

When I check local disc, there is a Realtek folder in "Program Files(x86)", but there is not a Realtek folder in "Program Files". Additionally, Realtek doesn't show up in Control panel (large icons).

Are you referring to the Control Panel Sound app? Does the microphone not appear there and is it enabled? If you click on the main Settings icon and select Privacy, is the microphone turned on there and available to all apps? (Note that the Realtek Audio Control was removed from the Microsoft Store and replaced with a pay $4.99 Realtek Audio Manager. The original realtek app really did not do anything that the traditional Control Panel Sound app does not do; it just had a more stylish interface.)
