I've been banging my head at the Realtek Audio Manager for a while now so I thought id finally make a post about it.

When installing the driver it installs in the program files x86 folder instead of the 64 one. It also doesn't install RtkNGUI64 its only installs the 64 upgrade exe and the install shield exe which both don't work.

I've already followed the following guides to no avail:

I've also followed the following community posts again to no avail:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What is the make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? As for the drivers, where are you sourcing the drivers for your Realtek audio chip from? Might want to install the driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Seeing how you posted this thread in the Windows 10 section, what version(not edition) of the OS are you working with? Lastly, where did you source the installer for the OS?
