The fan on the back of my computer has stopped working properly. On a fresh boot up, the fan does not start and requires a jumpstart. (my finger spinning blades slightly)
It then works for the duration my computer is on, but the sounds its creating seems like the speed is fluctuating. It sounds like the fan slows down for a split second, only to gain a burst of speed. And it happens nonstop.
Not sure if it's worth lubricating the bearing or just replacing the fan. I did notice that when I spun the blades, the fan wasn't spinning as smoothly as before. There's definitely a little resistance when I spun the fan.
