Reason IoT scan showing device I don't recognize.

PC acting odd lately, did a slew of scans, yielded some adware. Used Reason core scan showing all PC's hooked up to my router, except it shows one that has no name on it other than an IP, it's manufacturer is the same as the PC I'm using, BUT the IP address is different. With all the crypto miner ware that's out there these days, how do I tell what this is? I've been avoiding wiping and reformatting my PC for...a while, mainly because I don't have windows 10 yet, can't afford it.

I would start by using another Anti-malware that isn't Reason Core. It isn't a reliable anti-malware at all. Try Malwarebytes and run the scan inside safe mode.

What about Kaspersky Anti-Virus?

That should work fine. Get it running and do some scans and then go from there.
