Reboot and Select Proper boot device

Hey everyone i just built my first pc it seemed as if it was all going smooth and then i hit a brick wall. I tried booting up the completed pc and I get that error message every time it boots up. I tried hitting delete until i got to the ASROCK screen but it still only recognizes my hdd and not my disc drive. I tried switching sata ports. No difference. They both are getting power because It recognizes the HDD and the disc drive will open and close. Hopefully someone knows what my issue may be.

Change your Sata cable.
I faced this issue once. Changing sata cable worked for me.
