Reboot and select proper boot device

I just installed windows 10 after restart it's showing reboot and select proper boot media.why?

It can't find a boot media by itself.

BIOS is somehow configured to ALWAYS ASK.

The only real answer I could give is that possibly your harddisk is not actually configured as a boot device in your BIOS. Sometimes there are only two boot devices configured. E.g. this could be your USB DVD drive and your USB stick. In this case, the system would not find your harddrive to boot from, because it is not in the list. You'd have to go to your BIOS to change the list, usually under the "boot" section.
