I have two internal HDD, an IDE that contains Windows, and a SATA that is used for storage. The SATA is dying, but when I disconnect it I get the \'Reboot and Select proper boot device\' message, which doesn\'t make any sense since the SATA doesn\'t even have boot info on it. Checked BIOS and the SATA is not the on the boot list. Only thing that I can think of is that in windows the SATA somehow got named the C: drive; and my windows drive got named D:, but that shouldn't matter on boot.
